Bubba Watson Is Back At His Number 3 Position In The World

After taking home the top honors at the Travelers Championship that concluded over the weekend, famed golfer Bubba Watson regained his number 3 slot on the Official World Ranking. Over the past few months Watson’s golfing skills on the course have shown signs of brilliance and it was about time that he was actually recognized for his work and moved closer to the number one spot. As much as this is great news to Watson I am sure that he is working on taking a step further and being number two in the official world ranking. In fact this is something that he once did, at some point Watson was actually close to being on the same points as Rory Mcllroy but a string of events so him fall even further and he was replaced on the second position by Henrik Stenson back in March.

Before his first Masters win, nobody knew who Bubba Watson is, in fact the fact that he won the Masters ended up surprising so many people. Overall, I am sure that Bubba Watson was not that surprised with the win. In fact, when many were questioning his win, he was already thinking about winning a second Masters trophy. True his words he was fortunate to win his second Masters and with it, he ended up silencing a lot of critics who were still non believers when it comes to his golf game.

One thing that has made Bubba Watson a fan favorite, especially with teenagers and kids is that he has a very huge personality that is simply out of this world. For him being able to have that and play remarkably on the course just goes to show how good he is.

One notable rise on the global world ranking was of Pablo Larrazabal who jumped an impressive 49 spots to land at number 69. He was previously ranked 118.
